UOC priests have consecrated a newly erected wayside cross in Zdolbuniv, the Rivne Eparchy reports.
On July 12, 2026, the feast of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul, clergy from St. Catherine’s Church performed the rite of consecration at the intersection of Ivan Honchar and Taras Shevchenko Streets. The cross was erected at a fork in the road near the railway station.
The Rivne Eparchy expressed the hope that the new cross would become a place of sincere prayer for residents and visitors to Zdolbuniv.
The clergy wished that everyone who turns to God there would receive spiritual comfort, strengthening in the faith, and God’s protection.
As the UOJ previously reported, UOC believers made a pilgrimage to the wonderworking Kalynivka Cross.
