The house in Gribovitsa, from which the KP evicted the UOC priest, is still empty

How the premises will be used has not yet been clarified.
Protopriest Igor Margita, rector of the Holy Intercession Church of the UOC, who was evicted at the request of the UOC-KP Communists, continues to come to the village and perform services in the new church. According to him, the number of parishioners has neither decreased and nor increased yet, last Sunday more than twenty people came to the service. The UOC-KP community does not prevent father Igor from coming to Gribovitsa, although such concerns were voiced earlier.
At the end of October 2017, having cracked the emergency entrance, a group of representatives of the UOC-KP in the village of Gribovitsa broke into the church house and began to take out things belonging to the family of the UOC clergyman, registered in this building. The priest agreed to leave the premises and sign out of the house, concluding with the opponents an agreement that they will leave alone his community and a newly built temple.
The ancient Holy Protection church of the UOC community was seized by the Kyiv Patriarchate in the autumn-winter of 2015. The new temple was built here in the summer of 2017 for those who remained faithful to the canonical Church. The priest is not in a hurry to build a new house on the plot, allocated for the temple.
