In Zelensky's hometown unknown person throws Molotov cocktails at synagogue

The police have initiated an investigation.
On the evening of April 20, 2025, in President Zelensky's hometown of Kryvyi Rih, an unknown individual set fire to a synagogue, report the police.
According to law enforcers, an unknown man in a balaclava threw two Molotov cocktails into the synagogue, resulting in a fire, after which he fled the scene. The fire was extinguished without the help of firefighters, and only the door to the premises was damaged.
Authorities are working to identify the perpetrator. A criminal case has been opened under part 2 of Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that a personal chair was made for Zelensky in the synagogue of Kyiv.
