On May 1, court hearing on Lower Lavra case to take place in Kyiv

The hearings will take place in the Northern Appeal Economic Court.
On May 1, 2025, a hearing will take place in the Northern Appeal Economic Court regarding the lawsuit of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra against the Reserve concerning the use of the Lower Lavra. This was reported by the monastery's lawyer, Archpriest Nikita Chekman.
The hearing will begin at 14:20.
“We ask for your holy prayers and support,” called Archpriest Nikita.
As reported by the UOJ, the previous court session was postponed due to the involvement of the Kyiv Metropolis of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church as a third party in the case.
