Parishioners of the seized church in Krasyliv showed how the police were blocking them from entering their temple.

During the seizure of the Resurrection Church of the UOC in Krasiliv, the police formed a barrier at the church gates and prevented the community from entering their shrine.

One of the parishioners, whose son Serhii is fighting on the frontlines, filmed the actions of the police, adding emotional commentary.

“Now I’ll show you, Serhii, a bunch of women who want to pray for you. Because you’re dying, and we’re standing on our knees. See how they won’t let us protect you. Look, they’ve become an impenetrable shield, because they’re afraid of women. Look, the army, do you see where the army is? Here it is, the army,” said the woman.

“Son, look, you’re fighting in the trenches. Look, do you see who needs to be in the trenches? You’re fighting there, shedding blood, and they’re fighting with women, son. Shame! Shame!” the woman said emotionally while filming the police.

She also stressed that the church community had raised money to buy a vehicle for the soldiers, and the authorities had taken their church away.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that the militants of the OCU seized the Resurrection Church in Krasyliv by breaking the locks and beating one of the clerics of the temple.
