Authorities request full data about UOC's assets from local administrations
District administrations must provide the Regional Military Administration (RMA) with reports on the land and property of the UOC structures.
Regional administrations require district authorities to provide complete information on each UOC structure in their territory: land plots, churches, and other premises.
The UOJ has obtained an order from the deputy head of the Rivne RMA, Ihor Pavlenko, according to which the heads of territorial communities must compile a list of "land plots and the number of buildings/structures/premises for residential and non-residential purposes owned or used by UOC religious organizations" by September 25, 2025.
Then, the heads of district administrations are obliged to "summarize the received information" and provide the results to the Rivne RMA by October 3, 2025.
The document states that this needs to be done "for the proper and complete consideration of the parliamentary inquiry of the people's deputy of Ukraine Solomiia Bobrovska".
According to teh UOJ, similar documents are being sent to other regions of Ukraine.
