A parishioner of the UOC, Oleksandr Usyk, published a photo with the SBU head and the caption "We support Maliuk".

Usyk posted the photo in support of Maliuk at a time when there were persistent rumors in the upper echelons of power that Zelensky intended to dismiss the current head of the SBU. A number of opinion leaders spoke out in defense of Maliuk, and Oleksandr Usyk decided to join them.
