A cleric of the Dnipropetrovsk Eparchy of the UOC with volunteers brought food supplies to residents of the Kherson region.

The rector of the St. Nicholas Church of the UOC in the city of Dnipro, Archpriest Vitaly Hrebeniuk, together with benefactors and volunteers from the "Dream of the Future" foundation, organized a humanitarian mission to the Kherson region, reports the press service of the Kherson Eparchy.

The trip took place on June 5, 2026, with the blessing of Metropolitan John of Kherson and Taurida. The mission participants met with families and children living in the affected areas.

The residents received food supplies, including sweets, bakery products, cereals and vegetable oil, as well as essential items.

As the UOJ reported, the patronal feast was celebrated at the Kherson cathedral damaged by shelling.
