Patriarch Theophilos Met with the Anglican Archbishopess in Jerusalem
Patriarch Theophilos III received the leadership of the Anglican Church in Jerusalem.
On June 24, 2026, the Primate of the Jerusalem Orthodox Church, Theophilos III, received the Archbishop of Canterbury Sarah Mullally at his residence. This was reported by the Jerusalem Patriarchate on Facebook.
The Archbishop arrived accompanied by the Anglican Bishop in Jerusalem Hosam Naoum. Other members of the accompanying delegation from London were also present at the reception.
As the UOJ reported, the Pope prayed with an Anglican bishop and called on Christians to unite.
