The UOC Social Department organized an event at the National ExpoCenter for children from a Kyiv rehabilitation center.

On August 14, 2026, the Synodal Department of the UOC for Social and Humanitarian Affairs organized an event for the residents of the Kyiv Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children, reports the official Telegram channel of the UOC Synodal Department.

The event was attended by 30 children together with their caregivers. They visited an entertainment center on the grounds of the National Complex "ExpoCenter of Ukraine," where they saw a dinosaur exhibition, played games, and enjoyed various activities.

The children were also treated with refreshments, including juices, burgers, sweets, and fruit. The Social Department noted that many of these children, due to difficult life circumstances, have been deprived of proper parental care, making attention and support especially important to them.

"The most precious thing for us is to see children's eyes light up with joy. We want there to be as many such warm, happy, and unforgettable moments in their lives as possible," said Anna, a staff member of the department.

Previously, the UOJ reported that humanitarian aid from the Chernivtsi Diocese was delivered to the Sviatohirsk Lavra.
