Kamianske Eparchy holds UOC procession of the cross for peace in Ukraine

On August 17, the procession of the cross visited six churches of Kamianske.
On August 14, 2025, a procession of the cross with numerous sacred relics of the churches of Kamianske began in the Kamianske Eparchy of the UOC, the eparchy’s press service reports.
Clergy and faithful offered prayers for deliverance from all calamities, for the coming of peace, for the soldiers, and for the entire Ukrainian people.
Participants in the procession had the opportunity to venerate sacred relics, among them: the icon of the Protection of the Most Holy Theotokos with a fragment of her robe; relics of St. Anatolius of Constantinople, the Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon, the Great Martyr George the Victory-Bearer, the Great Martyr Demetrius of Thessalonica, Righteous Anna the mother of the Most Holy Theotokos, the Great Martyr Catherine, and the Great Martyr Barbara.
Over these days, the procession of the cross has visited more than a dozen churches in the city.
As the UOJ previously reported, a many-thousand-strong procession of the cross took place in Khust with the relics of Gabriel of Białystok.
