The authors of the appeal demand the continuation of jihad.

The French newspaper Le Figaro published excerpts from a new statement by the “Islamic State,” released in September 2025 in the outlet Al-Naba, calling for terror attacks in Europe, America, and especially in France.

In the text, accompanied by photographs of the bombardment of Gaza, the jihadists speak of Muslims’ suffering and accuse Israel of a destructive war. “They bomb everything indiscriminately – mosques, homes, schools, and hospitals,” the statement says.

The authors of the call accuse Hamas and Western countries of trying to impose a ceasefire on Muslims and urge the continuation of jihad.

“Muslims must understand that the solution lies in returning to Islam and to jihad. They must reject the systems imposed by the infidels. Only then will Palestine be liberated and the Jews driven from Muslim lands,” Al-Naba writes.

This is followed by a direct call to terrorism: “Strike the Jews and Christians – their crowds and transport on the streets and roads of Europe and America, and especially in France. Do not spare them; attack and kill them with knives, pistols, or arson. Strike them in lone-actor attacks, as we have seen before in Paris, Brussels, or other places of the Crusaders.”

Special emphasis is placed on hatred of France for banning Muslim headscarves in schools and state institutions – which the Islamists call a declaration of war on their religion – and on what they describe as state-level Islamophobia.

Earlier, it was reported that the person who carried out the terror attack in New Orleans turned out to be an ISIS supporter.
