Clergy of the Kyiv Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church delivered aid to frontline monasteries and parishes that provide daily support to refugees and the needy.

On April 3, 2026, on the eve of the Feast of Christ’s Resurrection, priests of the Kyiv Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church visited frontline regions and delivered humanitarian aid to monasteries and parishes caring for those in need, according to the Telegram channel of the UOC Synodal Department for Social and Humanitarian Affairs.

The trip took place as part of the Mission of Mercy, during which the clergy supported monasteries and communities that continue their ministry amid the realities of war and help refugees.

The humanitarian cargo was delivered to the Holy Dormition Sviatohirsk Lavra, the Skete of St. John of Shanghai, and the St. Sergius Convent.

Aid was also brought to frontline parishes where hot meals are prepared every day, medical assistance is provided, and support is offered to people facing difficult life circumstances.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that the Sumy Eparchy had held a charity concert for children with cancer.
