UOC Social Department delivers 2,300 humanitarian aid packages to IDPs
The UOC's volunteers in Kyiv have distributed 2,300 humanitarian aid packages to internally displaced people since the beginning of the year.
On July 25, 2026, the Social Department of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) in Kyiv held another humanitarian aid distribution for internally displaced people, according to the official Telegram channel of the UOC Synodal Department for Social and Humanitarian Affairs.
Since the beginning of the year, volunteers have provided 2,300 humanitarian aid packages containing food and other essential items to people displaced by the war.
These distributions are held every week to support those who have been forced to leave their homes because of the ongoing conflict.
The UOC Social Department says that assisting internally displaced people remains one of the main areas of its charitable ministry.
As previously reported by the UOJ, a UOC parish in Kropyvnytskyi prepared 18,000 free meals during 2026.
