In Petropavlivka, UOC church catches fire after Russian shelling
The Kupiansk district was subjected to a massive Russian attack.
On September 28, as a result of Russian shelling, the Church of Sts. Peter and Paul of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the Izium Eparchy, located in the village of Petropavlivka in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region, caught fire, reports Strana.
The fire engulfed the church building as well as a separate structure on the premises.
As the UOJ previously reported, a UOC church in Nikopol burned down following a Russian attack.
